Martin Whitfield MP has published a constituency report covering key aspects of his work representing East Lothian over the last 18 months.

It highlights some of the main work Mr Whitfield has undertaken in Parliament and in the constituency to represent the interests of East Lothian and its people since being elected in June last year.

The report is digital, as MPs do not have the resources available to them to publish annual reports in the way that MSPs do, and can be viewed here

Martin Whitfield MP said:

“At last year’s general election, I promised to be a dedicated local MP who would always put East Lothian’s interests first. I believe I have kept that promise, but it’s important to ensure I am open and transparent about my work and keep constituents updated on a regular basis.

“This constituency report is part of that process and I hope constituents reading it will find it informative and helpful. I would certainly welcome feedback on the work I have undertaken during my first 18 months in parliament and any suggestions people have for future priorities.”
