As part of his ongoing objective of being as accessible as possible to constituents, Martin Whitfield MP is holding special summer advice surgeries in Aberlady and Gifford later this month.

The advice surgeries will be held in local venues in each village to provide residents with an additional opportunity to meet Mr Whitfield and raise issues with him.

Martin Whitfield MP said:

“I already hold regular advice surgeries in all of the main towns across the constituency. However, I am keen to supplement these with other opportunities for constituents to meet me and raise issues.

“These two summer surgeries are part of that programme of activities and I hope that people from Aberlady and Gifford will take the opportunity to come along and see me.”

The Aberlady surgery will take place on Tuesday 20th August at Aberlady Kirk Stables from 5pm to 6:30pm, while the Gifford one is happening at the village hall on Wednesday 28th August, 4pm-5:30pm. No appointments are necessary.

Details of Martin’s regular surgeries can be found on his website here.
